1. Operator and scope
These terms govern this public website and authorized employee use of Paike ORZ Enterprise ERP, operated by Guangzhou Paike Trading Co., Ltd..
2. Internal use only
The ERP is an internal company system. Access is limited to employees authorized by the company and is not offered as a public SaaS product, advertising agency service or third-party account management service.
3. Authorized assets
Employees may work only with business, advertising and commerce assets owned by the company. They must not connect or attempt to access accounts for which the company has no authority.
4. Planned TikTok integration
TikTok API for Business capabilities described on this website are planned and are not available in production. They will not be released before required permissions, authorization and internal controls are implemented.
5. Employee responsibility
Authorized employees remain responsible for reviewing campaign, budget, delivery and creative decisions. Sensitive changes will require explicit employee confirmation before the planned integration is permitted to execute them.
6. Platform compliance
Use of any future integration must comply with applicable TikTok terms, advertising policies, permission limits and all applicable laws. Platform access does not expand an employee’s company authority.
7. Access control
Company administrators may approve, restrict, suspend or revoke employee access. Credentials must not be shared, exposed or used outside authorized company operations.
8. Availability and changes
Public information may be corrected or updated as the application and implementation change. Planned functions may be delayed, changed or not released if approval or control requirements are not met.
9. Trademark notice
TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner. References on this website identify the intended platform integration and do not imply endorsement, certification or partnership.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the company’s location in Guangzhou, China.
