Privacy Policy

This public website and Paike ORZ Enterprise ERP are operated by Guangzhou Paike Trading Co., Ltd. (广州派客贸易有限公司), an e-commerce company based in Guangzhou, China.

This policy covers this public website and the planned TikTok API for Business integration. The TikTok integration is not available in production. We do not currently store TikTok access tokens or synchronize or persist TikTok advertising or onsite commerce data in production.

The public pages do not require an account or session cookie. Hosting and security systems may process limited request metadata, such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, request time and requested URL, to deliver and protect the website.

If approved and released, the integration plans to process authorization identifiers and credentials, advertiser and onsite commerce store identifiers, campaigns, ad groups, ads, approved creative metadata, GMV Max campaign information, reporting metrics and internal operation logs.

Planned processing will be limited to internal advertising operations, campaign and creative management, GMV Max reporting, business analysis, security, troubleshooting and compliance for company-owned assets.

We will not sell TikTok data, publicly disclose it or use it for unrelated advertising, profiling or third-party marketing.

Access plans to use the official authorization process. The ERP will not request or store TikTok passwords. Only employees authorized by the company will be able to use the future integration.

Before release, authorization credentials will be protected on the server and restricted to the backend integration service. Credentials will not be exposed through the public website, browser storage or application logs. Access control and operation logging will be required before production use.

We will retain approved integration data only for as long as reasonably necessary for authorized internal operations, security, legal obligations and dispute handling. A specific retention schedule will be documented before the integration is released; this policy does not claim a fixed deletion period that has not yet been implemented.

We do not sell business data. Before launch, any infrastructure provider or other processor required to operate the integration will be reviewed and documented. Data will otherwise be disclosed only when required by law, platform policy or a valid company instruction.

The future integration will stop retrieving new data after an authorized administrator disconnects the account or authorization is revoked. Until an in-product process is released, verified questions and deletion requests can be submitted to contact@paikeorz.com.
